Frequently Asked Questions
When are you available?
My hours are 12PM - 7PM PST, 7 days a week
(there may be delays for holidays, if so, you will be notified)
When will you receive the reading?
For pendulum readings, 1 Questions, and Mini readings, those will be completed within 24 hours.
With my bigger tarot readings, they will be scheduled within 2-3 days.
For example, if you purchase on a Monday, it will be scheduled to be completed on Wednesday. For 2+ readings, it would be scheduled on a Thursday.
How do I download my reading?
Once an order is complete, the reading is now attached to the order itself, not sent via Etsy conversation. ETSY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR READING IS COMPLETE!
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
For physical orders, when will it be shipped out?
I ship everything out within 1-3 business days.
Why does my order say 'In Progress'?
Your order has gone through and with these being 'made to order' digital downloads, it remains In Progress until the reading is complete/attached to your order.
If you see a message like, "Payment Processing", that is when your order is still being processed.
Why is the reading or report blurry?
This can happen when using the mobile app as it shows a low-resolution image and not the actual PDF.
If possible, you can open it via your PC as well as download the file itself under the Purchases tab.
If this is not possible, please send me your email and I will email your reading or report.
What tarot and oracle decks do you use?
The decks I use within a reading can vary, as it depends on whichever deck I feel called to use for your reading. I primarily use True Black Tarot and Dark Mansion Tarot, but you will see other decks, such as the Field Tarot, Tarot of Sexual Magic, and Thoth Tarot. I recently got a new deck by the same author of True Black Tarot, Arthur Wang, called Ephemere. You will start to see a lot of that deck soon.
When it comes to Oracle decks, I primarily use Wisdom of the Oracle, but you will also see the Romance Angels, Moonology, Lover's Oracle, Mystical Shaman, and Work Your Light.
For the reading, "Messages from your person", the Oracle deck I use is one that I created myself, for that reading specifically, called Unspoken Thoughts.
